REFUND POLICY - RAdical rogues

​At Radical Rogues Rally, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for all participants. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Event Tickets

• All ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

• If the event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a new date.

 

Radical Rogues Merchandise (supplied via MyWorkwear’s ordering portal)

• Refunds for merchandise are available within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• Custom or personalised merchandise is non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact MyWorkwear within 7 days of receipt. They will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund or raise an issue, please email us at info@myworkwear.co.uk with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Description of the issue

 

They aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 working days.
